This is not a physical product, this listing is for a commercial license for our car charm hangers. 

There is absolutely no refunds on this product. 

COMMERCIAL LICENSE — 500 USES

This Commercial License grants the purchaser permission to use the purchased digital design for the creation and sale of up to 500 physical end products.

LICENSE INCLUDES

With the purchase of this license, you may:

• Use the purchased design to create physical products for personal or commercial purposes.
• Sell, gift, or distribute physical finished products made using the licensed design.
• Create multiple variations of physical products using the licensed design, provided that the total number of physical items produced does not exceed 500 units.

500-USE LIMIT

This license permits the purchaser to produce and sell up to 500 total physical finished products using the licensed design.

Each physical item produced counts as one use, regardless of the size, price, or type of product.

Once the 500-use limit has been reached, additional commercial use requires the purchase of another applicable commercial license.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, share, trade, gift, or redistribute the original digital file.
• Upload the digital design to websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services, or groups where others can access or download it.
• Claim the original design as your own.
• Use the design to create another digital product for resale.
• Sell the design as a standalone digital file.
• Include the original digital file in a bundle, collection, or subscription.
• Give the original file to customers, friends, employees, or other third parties.
• Use the design to create products that are primarily intended to redistribute or reproduce the digital artwork itself.

DIGITAL FILE OWNERSHIP

The purchase of this license does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original artwork.

All intellectual property rights in the original design remain with the original designer/creator. The purchaser is receiving a limited commercial license to use the design under the terms outlined above.

LICENSE TRANSFER

This license is issued to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, resold, or assigned to another person or business.

If multiple individuals or businesses need to use the design commercially, each business or individual must obtain their own appropriate license unless otherwise authorized in writing.

LICENSE COMPLIANCE

The purchaser is responsible for keeping track of their total commercial uses. The 500-use allowance applies across all physical products created using the licensed design.

The license may not be combined, transferred, or shared with another person or business to increase the permitted number of uses.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of the commercial license and may prohibit further commercial use of the design.

IMPORTANT

This license is intended for physical end products only. It does not grant ownership of the artwork or permission to redistribute the digital design.
