Where We Ship:
Creationsbycastx offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We ship with USPS First Class Package.
Processing:
We process orders during our normal business hours. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 5 to 21 business days for us to process your order. We ONLY ship on business days, so please keep that in mind. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Creationsbycastx offers a flat rate shipping fee of $5 per order. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Tracking Your Order:
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at creationsbycastx@gmail.com
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders:
Please note that once the shipping carrier has the order, we are no longer responsible. In some occasions this does happen. Please contact us so that we can assist you as much as possible.
